The John Doe Radio Show Volume 8 Show 4

This Week on JDR:

The Union

We have an awesome show for you and we talk with filmmaker and co-creator of The Union: The Business Behind Getting High, Adam Scorgie. We talk with him about the great film and also upcoming work he is planning.

We also talk with NORML’s Outreach Coordinator, and host of NORML SHOW LIVE “Radical” Russ Belville. He tells us a little about the “Hemperor” Jack Herer’s memorial service and what Jack meant to Russ and other activists. We wish nothing but the best in support for Jack’s family from the movement.

Also, joining us in studio this week to talk about a difficult time and a story of perseverance is Tiny Martinez Coordinator of the Denver Global Marijuana March Saturday May 1st. Tiny lost his Mother this past Saturday and chose to dedicate his efforts and the Denver march to his Mother and all the other people who have suffered because of bad information against Cannabis. Tiny is a good friend of ours and he tells a heartfelt story that could help you convince a loved one to use Cannabis in a time of need. Make sure you also don’t miss a Marijuana March near you May 1st.

In JDR News we fill you in on the latest with HB 1284 in Colorado and why it is a horrible Bill. A lot of possible changes may be coming or it may get stalled with only two weeks left in the State legislative session. We break down the Bill controversial line by line.

The Strain Review this week is Kyle Kushman’s Strawberry Cough. A fine rich toke.
