We discuss the Colorado Board of Health Hearing for proposed caregiver changes that would have destroyed dispensaries. I testified along with over 200 other citizens in a hearing at which almost 1000 people attended. We talk with Rob Corry, who presented alternative proposals and is one of Colorado’s top defense lawyers. We also have Brian Vicente who made a very well prepared and thought out presentation, and is also a lawyer and CO-founder of Sensible Colorado to discuss how he prepared the medical community in Colorado for this proposal defense and what he thinks is in store for Medical Marijuana in Colorado.Also, we add a NEW Segment to the show.
